Vintage 1963 Rolex Precision 18ct White Gold Diamond Cocktail Watch

An exceptionally pretty 1963 Rolex Precision ladies’ cocktail watch, crafted in 18ct white gold and finished with six sparkling diamond accents. This is exactly the sort of petite mid-century Rolex that sits somewhere between fine jewellery and watchmaking.

The silver dial has a delicate vertically textured finish with applied gold baton hour markers and matching gold hands, creating a lovely contrast against the white-gold case. It carries the Rolex coronet at 12 o’clock with ROLEX and PRECISION signatures.

The case measures approximately 16mm including the winding crown, giving it the beautifully petite proportions characteristic of early-1960s cocktail watches. Three diamonds are positioned above and below the case, forming decorative floral-style clusters that flow directly into the bracelet.
