Refund policy

At My Golden Finds, we want you to love your new item.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

We kindly ask that all items are returned in the same condition they were received, including any boxes, accessories, or certificates supplied with your order.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we cannot guarantee they will reach the correct location.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from damage or alteration.
Items must be returned with any included packaging, pouches, or authenticity cards.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

Return Postage

Return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and, if approved, process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item for your refund to be processed, in accordance with UK Consumer Rights legislation.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mygoldenfinds.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.

If you would like to purchase a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. To request a cancellation before your order has shipped, please email us as soon as possible.
